- If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. For items that are unopened and returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Perishable items, such as fresh or refrigerated goods, are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or expired.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Opened food products or products that have been consumed.
- Items on sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Please follow the return steps above and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive. Shipping fees for the exchange item will apply, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in ensuring that the products we send out are in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

7. Return Shipping Fees

8. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returned products that are not defective or damaged. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of processing the return and restocking the product. Restocking fees will not be applied to damaged or defective items.
9. International Returns
For international customers, please note that return shipping costs are typically higher, and the customer will be responsible for these costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns to ensure the safe return of your product. Additionally, customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
